While at Goodwill the other day I saw this frame on the end of an aisle and knew it would be a good redo using my Cricut. The frame cost 59 cents. A little scrapbook paper + a little vinyl = new Christmas frame.
The throw size quilts for Christmas continues. This is for Emma Kate. She loves anything peace sign. I am not really knowledgeable about different quilts but I think this would be considered whole cloth.
it is just a single piece of fabric with a single piece on the back and done with stipple or free motion quilting-- still not sure what the difference is.
I am very new to the Cricut as you can tell from my Halloween pumpkin but I am really enjoying it.
With Christmas right around the corner I start thinking about what I can make for little inexpensive gifts without it looking so inexpensive. I enjoy making some of my gifts because to me that makes it seem more Christmasy.
I picked up this charger for $1.99 at Hobby Lobby and used the Cricut to cut a monogram from the black vinyl. It was a quick little 5-10 minute project and I love it. Oops it isn't a gift though-- it's mine.
